Return & Exchange Policy:
Our return policy lasts 90 days.

If 90 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us, in the same condition that it was received. It must shipped to us in adequate & proper packaging. If your item has any marks from being installed or has been compromised in any way we do not offer a refund. 

We are not responsible for any damages during return shipping. All items are inspected and pass our strict quality control standards before packaging shipping from Next Generation Acoustics. Returned items will be inspected as is/returned. Partial refunds are available on multiple panel/quantity orders. Each panel requires individual inspection. 

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:
We do not except returns or offer refunds on any custom fabricated orders or products. No exceptions. 

Please note: We do not accept returns on white or ivory color fabrics or products. Since these colors are highly susceptible to stains/dirt/markings. As we cannot not resale products that do not meet our strict quality control standards.  

The ONLY exception is if the White/Ivory is still in the original packaging. 

We grant the right to not except returns until inspection. When the return is initiated the refund will be processed / approved as soon as the return products have arrived and the inspection has been preformed. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

If only one product is defective/returned in an order of multiple items. In which case the refund/return amount will be equated for the value of the returned item. Items must meet all other terms and conditions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like us to provide you with a return shipping label we will be happy to do so. The cost of the return shipping will be subtracted from the return / refund total admitted back. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also need tracking information in the case you elect to use your own shipping service, instead of having us provide you with a return label. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval / rejection / amount of your refund.
If/when you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional / sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 2966 S Church St, Burlington, NC 27215

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you elect to use your own shipping service.
